At the risk of getting some all worked up again the last time I brought this up, I know that BART is available for downloading QST, but maybe some would like to have a text version or a version that could be read in Braille etc. I am glad the ARRL is hopefully going to follow-through on this.
I know I asked, but no one at the ARRL provided that info.
