Not having enough memory can make a difference, but programs don't use tons
and tons of memory. If you had a 64-bit machine with say 8 gigs of memory
and if there was one with 128GB, you wouldn't see a bit of difference,
assuming they both run the same processors and other architecture.
Second, the top limit for Windows 7 is 192GB, from what I understand.
Actually, I think Windows 7 Starter and Home Basic has a limit of 8 Gigs,
Home Premium has a limit of 16GB, and Professional and Ultimate are limited
to 192GB. The actual theoretical limit of a 64-bit system can be calculated
by 2 to the 64th power minus 1 or 18,446,744,073,709,551,615.
