One reason for that is the division in the blind community. We are always
fighting among ourselves instead of uniting like other groups have done.

You hit the nail right on the head, Howard. For the Blind, the ADA has done
virtually nothing. It has only helped either the larger disability groups
with money, or the disabilities it created itself.
