    I agree that working with in the League is probably our best bet. Most
sighted people want to be helpful to blind people, or at least this is my
experience.

Howard accessibility via an alternative method is not the best approach.  We

don't have to be beligerent but we do have to make them aware of problems 
such as this.  Let's do what we can to make it as accessible as possible.  I

haven't seen the digital edition yet so I can't comment now.  All I hope is 
they sidn't use some sort of desktop publishing software to put it together.

That's a whole other can of worms to open up since those packages read their

own formats and don't read earlier or later editions of the same package. 
If it's going to bed made available to the general membership, then it needs

to be accessible.  I'm going to use whatever influence I have as a league 
member to make this happen.  Betsy k1eic is sm in Conneticut.  Also Tony 
Olivero ao9d does technology evaluations for the international Braille and 
Technology Center and can evaluate the June issue when it comes out.  If 
it's not accessible then let's put our ham ingenuity to good use and come up

with one and then offer our expertise to the League since members of the
