Hey Steve,
I wasn't even aware of the TS 590 resources page. Thanks for the pointer.
Yes, I *think* I have everything in MMTTY configured correctly, but obvously
not. <rin> The soundcard dialog on MMTTY is not the moddel of software
accessibility, so I may have missed something.
I'll look at the resources, and keep poking around.
Meanwhile good luck in VAQP. If I hear you on, I will give you a point.

Doug,
I don't use N1MM, so bear that in mind. Also I do RTTY keying via FSK
(hard keying, no sound card). Is there a port setting in N1MM for "no
port" or "vox" for digital? Since you are keying the radio via a data
vox, you really don't need a com port for this.
Have you seen this page on 590 resources?
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/wadei/ts-590s.htm
There is info here on audio set up.
MMTTY lets you select sound devices for both rx and tx. If you are
receiving something, that's a start. I'll be tied up in the VA QP
this afternoon and church service later, but will post more later .
