Walt,
Buddy, you need to keep up with FCC rules. It has not been necessary to
change your call when relocating to a different district for at least thirty
years. Many people keep their original calls. No matter where I choose to
live, I'm not giving up mine. And, you are in Connecticut and have a 4
call.
