Congrats to Linda on her fine performance.  I am sure she will be 
transmitting before long. It doesn't take as long in these days of online 
communication.  I think the rule is still that she can't transmit until she 
has her license in hand, or until her call sign is in the data base, but 
that's great that she has passed the test.  73.
