Hi Scott, and welcome back.
To start the process of renewing, run you call sign through one of the data 
bases.  There you will find your FRN number.  Copy this down somewhere.What 
you will need then is a CORS password.  The CORS password can be gotten from 
the FCC.  Once you have this, you can go to the web site of 
wireless.fcc.gov/uls   This is where you will start the renewal process. 
The FRN is a user name and the CORS is a password.  I hope this helps.  Gary
