Hi - Does any one have a tried and true gluten, dairy, egg and nut free chocolate chip cookie cake recipe? OR if you know how I would change an existing recipe for chocolate chip cookies that meet those requirements to form a cookie cake? I'm not looking for anything fancy but something we can use to sing happy birthday to my son with his cousins (combined we have a lot of allergies LOL)!
