Hi all. I'm trying to fix up a used computer for someone, however the
MS home page won't load so that I can affect any updates for this 2004
vintage XP machine. I've tried to reach it by accessing the Windows
Update link found on the Start Menu, and I've tried looking up the
direct link for that page through Google and there's no way I can get
in.

I'm using JAWS 10, and I've restored IE 8 to its default settings.

Thx, Albert
