Hi everyone, it looks like I will be without computer for couple of days. After I posted I just decided to take my computer to Staples which is where I got it from and they are going to run a diagnostic test on Windows. The two problems that I sent in my earlier post were the run DLL.dll message that came up earlier as well as the inability to open attachments and or save them.

I have my suspicion about it all and it started when I installed Mcafee on it so I'm not sure what happened. I was able to open attachments up until today but the air message has been coming up for the last couple of weeks.
