For those Americans that are in the market for a dehydrator, Cabela's 
$150 ten-tray dehydrator is on sale for $80:

A lot of the reviews say it doesn't really get hot enough, but it is 
better to dry at a low temperature for longer.

I already have a 9-tray Excalibur. This one is similar.
