Re the Baofeng UV-5R

Your review of the Baofeng UV-5R is greatly appreciated.  I have a couple
of questions:

1.	What controls and functions are spoken and what ones are not?

2.	I see some of the packages advertised include a software CD and cable
and some do not, and some include a earphone/mic and some do not.  Based on
your experience, or anyone elses, what is more important to look for in a
total package and what is not all that useful or important?
