Hi all,
Well folks, a few things:
1. I found the jack to plug in the code key, however, when I try to plug in the code key, the plug on the end of the code key is too small.
So, obviously, I need an adapter, so what size? 1 8th inch, or what?
2. Well folks, the snake antenna works, I kid you not! I worked a friend of myne here in town on 20 and 10 meters, and I was 40 over 9! Now, to see if I can work some other stations worldwide, and my audio was great! You would think that this type of an antenna wouldn't receive or transmit worth a darn, but, ya know what? It does, it actually does!
73,
Trippy, ac8s, who is absolutely thrilled to be back on his own hf station!
