I'm not sure why it would have to be tweeked for HF as the program likely 
doesn't care if it is listening to a signal on 2M, 70CM, 1.2GHZ or 40 meters 
lol.
I suspect the tweek was done in the user interface to allow selection and 
show correct frequencies/bands etc.
Either way, it sounds interesting.
What software is being recommended for JT65 decoding?
