It is also helpful when a user makes the subject line reflect the
question being asked. If I tell you that if I can't have my hobby, I
don't want to live, whatever else comes in the form of a question in
the body of the Email, if you even read it after seeing the subject
line will in some cases elicit less than a positive response. I totally
agree that no question is a dumb question. However, being nice when you
ask also gets better results. When really frustrated, it helps just to
step away from the problem for a day or even longer if necessary.
