Hi Tom,
I wish I could have heard you better but I was also fighting some line 
noise.
To eliminate the possibility of battery charger noise, have you thought of 
unplugging the RV from electric and just running an extension cord from the 
campground elect directly to your rig?
This, it seems, would prove something one way or the other.
Its worth a try.
Just a thought.
