Linda,
Let's do a little more troubleshooting.
Are there two BTE processors, one for each ear?
If so, does each one cause the RFI by itself?
If only one does than I would tend to think it is faulty and needs to be
replaced.
Does this RFI meet FCC regulations? for this type of device?
I know this is a lot of questions.
Trying to sort this all out.
