you've gotten your info, but just my two sents as usual.
You won't have any problem running 45W from the cigarette plug, or accessory 
plug or whatever they call it these days.
I've never encountered an accessory jack or cigarette lighter jack with less 
than a 10 amp fuse on the vehicles fuse block...sometimes the plug itself 
will have a lower rated fuse, but it sounds like this powerwerx unit 
probably has at least a 10 amp, likely much higher rated fuse in it already.
but if you have a v71, why do you want to go through the hassle of using an 
HT, and amplifier separate from the HT, when the v71 is one unit and easier 
to manage and handle in a vehicle?
