I was thinking of the computer and ham radio deluxe hooked up to the radio 
and the display.  Most modern radios can be interfaced with a computer, and 
their are programs to turn CW in to text.  That could then be sent to the 
display through a screen reader.  I don't know about connecting braille 
displays directly to modems.
