the website I mentioned is:

it's a nice uncluttered website that gives the 3 pertanent numbers and 
that's all with regard to ham radio.  there is also a convenient call sign 
look up function.
flares rarely effect two meters to the point where you can tell, but some 
big flares can knock out short range comms for a couple minutes at a time.
you probably wouldn't notice anything getting into your local repeater or 
talking to your buddy across town.
maybe if you were on two meter SSB talking a few hundred miles, you might be 
effected occasionally.
but there are lots of factors that can play havoc with that.
