that is something special, and you will have that license as long as 
you want it and renew it.
I got mine in 1989 and have always been glad I did go all the way 
with the license classes. There's no going back and you can always 
have the privileges you've earned.
We did, as generals, get some taken away from us in the seventies, 
where they called it, "incentive licensing," but no more. :)
