Darren,
I've had both a first radio contact and a first daughter and the 
daughter thing is even more exciting than the first contact!!  The 
daughter part was over twenty-five years ago and the first contact 
double that but I remember both of them fondly.
Congrats on the contact and the upcoming daughter.
