What do you mean by access? If you want to be able to actually edit them 
on line and collaborate with your peers, the only way I've found to do 
this is with Google Chrome and ChromeVox. I've probably been using this 
solution for a bit over a year now, and at the time I started using this 
combination, JAWS, NVDA and Orca with Firefox or Internet Explorer 
didn't work. Maybe things have advanced enough in the meantime that one 
of these combinations is now an option.
