My Iron is on the low side but in range, My Dr wants me to take iron supplements. I have been ill for two weeks have have not been eating my iron rich diet so I think that is the reason my iron went down. But she says all her celiac patient s with in range if the scale but on the low side she is recommending iron. I really do not want to take it.
I would appreciate to know what gluten free iron supplement you good people use.

I will summerize.

Thank you

Mildred Smith
