Wikipedia Revolution: How a Bunch of Nobodies Created the World's 
Greatest Encyclopedia
describes the factors that have helped Wikipedia grow (free, open, 
neutral, timely, social), how decision-making is not democratic 
(consensus not voting is what's favored), that there are some 
behavior guidelines (assume the other poster had good intentions), 
and few rules, ...

I began to wonder how some of the Wikipedia successes and learnings 
could be used for organizing People Who.

I've only seen an author interview; I haven't yet read the book.
