One question I have is about fruit, I have alot more weight to lose, and I am loving the fruit but suspect 4 servings a day is probably too much, how much fruit do others eat who are trying to release weight please?  Does it vary among folks?

I would keep your fructose intake under 15 grams a day and minimize polyunsaturated fat intake. Basically one piece of fruit. I suspect that many problems people have on "paleo" style diets is eating too much fruit and nuts. Once I mostly cut out fructose and polyunsaturated fats, my diabetic symptoms and rosacea went away.
