It gives me great pleasure to announce that Betsey, K1eic was chosen by the
ARRL Board of Directors to receive the George Hart Public Service award!
This is in recognition of outstanding work either as a leader, or traffic
handling through NTS or ARES.  She will be featured in QST and of course the
bulletins and will receive an engraved plaque at some point at a gathering
of her choosing.  This was established in2009 honoring Georg Hart w1NJM who
was and is a great pioneer in traffic handling structure and procedures.
