Hello Everyone,

We are looking forward to another great expo this year! We have some exciting guest presenters and speakers from Dr. Alessio Fasano (from The Center For Celiac Research/University Of Maryland), Kelly Courson of Celiac Chicks, and Brandy Wendler (Mrs. Alaska International)....just to a name a few.

We are looking for gluten free chefs to participate at our gluten free chef cook-off on Oct. 13th at the expo and almost all our vendor spots are filled but we still have some openings.
