Hi all,

Just heard about a 7 year old girl who is on about a six month - one year wait list to have a biopsy for suspected celiac disease. Do to the uncertainty of when the procedure can be done, this youngster cannot in the meantime go on a gluten free regime. She is very obviously symptomatic, so this isn't a ho hum decision to test.

I'm curious, what are the wait times usually experienced for children (please, no adult "storoes")? Is this normal?

Thanks,
Helen
