I am looking for sandwich bread for my six year old daughter. She needs to be potato and gluten free, so breads like Rudi's and Udi's are out. We also tried the Bavarian brand but it was too dense for her. She likes bread that is light and fluffy. And I am not much of a baker, so I would prefer to find a mix or frozen alternative. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thank you, Michelle
