I hope someone in this list can help me explain why, upon occasion, in the
middle of the night, I will wake up with my heart pounding like I've run a
marathon, become flush, and suddenly have to use the restroom. Once I've
done this, my body cools down (I can sometimes suddenly become a little
chilled), and my heart slowly returns to normal. I've only had this happen
to me occasionally, mostly last year before being diagnosed with bacterial
overgrowth. But last night, it happened again, and I was wondering if
someone knew what this was and could explain it.
Thanks in advance.
