Please read below. Looks like Rudi's will be on the shelves in
August. This should be interesting what they do to Udi's sales.
Someone told me that both Udi's and Rudi's are in CO. Interesting?

Hi Bren!
I work for Rudi's and just saw your question pop up on the Listserv.
We’re very proud to have launched a new gluten free bread that
tastes, looks and feels like real bread. Our first shipments were
sent to our distributors in early July. Now, retail stores are
placing orders from our distributors, so that product will begin
hitting their shelves as soon as early August. Please check in with
our store finder in August to locate a store near you!

While our facility is not dedicated gluten free, we bake our gluten
free breads on separate, dedicated equipment and on separate
production days – you can feel assured our gluten free products never
come into contact with something used to make a product containing
gluten. Plus, every batch of our gluten free bread is tested and
must test below <10 ppm of gluten for distribution. We are excited
to be certified gluten-free by the GFCO.
Please let me know if you have any other questions about our new
gluten-free breads!
Have a healthy day,
Janet
