You can also listen to an interview she (Nora Gedgaudas) recently gave to Jimmy Moore here: http://www.askthelowcarbexperts.com/
I know Jimmy is more lowcarb than paleo, but he has moved dramatically towards the paleo end of the low carb spectrum. He also interviews some interesting scientists like Steve Phinney.

"Nora Gedgaudas is one of the World’s leading experts on Paleolithic
(Paleo) nutrition and author of the international best selling book “Primal Body, Primal Mind: Beyond The Paleo Diet For Total Health and a Longer Life”.
She is Board-certified in Holistic Nutrition® through the National Association of Nutritional Professionals (NANP) and is recognized by the Nutritional Therapy Association as a Certified Nutritional Therapist (CNT). "

TimeMonkRadio sprung out of the long-running site http://webbotforum.com/content.php and the leading members have done quite a lot of hard-hitting interviews. They go into each one assuming the listener has an understanding of what the guest will be talking about (be it Clif High, David Icke, or, coming up, Helen Caldicott). Listeners are expected to have done their homework before the interview so no time is wasted -- but links to guest information are always given ahead of time.

So I hope you find this information useful.
