To be precise, I read c.3-4 of Harris' articles before laughing my head off at his ridiculous, arrogant dismissal of the harm done by AGEs/advanced glycation end products,a stance long since disproven by endless 100s/1000s of studies done on pubmed etc., and his ridiculous defence of dairy etc.. Contrast this with Loren Cordain a promoter of a cooked-palaeolithic diet, who, *gasp*, actually admits that there is some scientific evidence that heat-created toxins from cooking do harm, and even suggests different ways of cooking so as to reduce the amounts thereof.
As for Ray Peat, he was definitely of the pro-SFA,anti-PUFA, low-carb crowd last I checked, whatever his individual views on other issues. So he has much in common.
As regards the "palaeo" mention as a term, there are plenty of pretty concise definitions online, all citing dairy as a non-palaeo food:-

You could argue that Harris' diet is a "semi-paleo" diet but that's about it. More correct would be to term it a "cooked, low-carb diet", or, given the demagogic nature of Dr Harris, perhaps the "Dr Harris Diet" would be more appropriate.
