WASHINGTON, Oct 20, 2011 - Kuck’s Turkey Farm, a St. Marys, Ohio establishment, is recalling approximately 2,325 pounds of fully cooked skinless turkey breast products. The products contain wheat and soy, which are not declared on the label, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. Wheat and soy are known allergens. 

The products subject to recall include: 
Cartons containing 7- and 8-lb. packages of "AMISH HERITAGE "ROTISSERIE SEASONINGS" TURKEY BREAST." 

The products subject to recall bear the establishment number "P-34592" inside the USDA mark of inspection on the package label, a sticker with sell-by dates from 10/09/11 to 11/28/11 on each package, and a case code of "62012" on each carton. The products were produced between Sept. 4, 2011, and Oct. 14, 2011 and were shipped to a distributor and a retail establishment in Ohio.
