Hello All,
I am one of the few Celiacs who didn't cry about the bread when I was
diagnosed - I never liked bread. Weird, right?
So I am having a party this weekend (I am getting ready to summarize
from another post regarding that) - my local grocery store has a bunch
of Udi's hamburger buns (frozen) set aside for me to pick up on
Friday. The party is on Sunday.
So my question is - when I pick them up on Friday, would it be better to
put them in the refrigerator or leave them out at room temperature? We
hardly ever eat gluten free bread (since I didn't like it to begin with,
why replace it - & my 2 young sons don't care all that much, either).
