I live in New York City and I do a lot of my shopping at Garden of Eden and Whole Foods. I have found the most delicious crackers at these stores and I am happy to share the information with you. I discovered something just simply called LENTIL CRACKERS and it comes in three fabulous flavors: Rosemary Herb, Cracked Pepper and Sea Salt. The name of the company is Mediterranean Snacks from Boonton, New Jersey and their website is mediterraneansnackfoods.com. I wouldn't have thought a cracker made from lentils would be tasty, but I would be proud to serve these crackers to my guests. They have an extraordinary taste. They are all natural, gluten free, 5 g. of protein and low in fat. They are made from lentil flour and corn flour.
