Outback
At Niagara on the lake there is an Irish cafe - lots of GF goodies. The name escapes me.

Swiss Chalet on Lundy's Lane or Montrose Road, chicken, baked
potato, very good,

there are a few others, there are a
couple of restaurants in Chippawa (outside N.F.), Betty's restaurant
on Sodom Rd., I always had their poached fish, masted potatoes &
veggies, the other place is called BJay's, their grilled chicken
breast (plain), julienne veggies, & roasted potatoes, are to die
for!!!
