Hi BPrs,

I wish to attend one morning session at APT Victoria, and can register as a 
Guest for the session at a special rate if someone attending the conference 
might be willing to be listed as my "contact" on my registration form.

I had planned to attend the whole thing, but recent health issues and not 
working at present have meant reduced financial resources, so I am hoping to 
at least get to the one session about Maritime Structures and then also get 
together with the BPers who will be in Victoria.
