Your experiences with N1mm and Jaws are very similar to mine, which was 
rather discouraging.

Perhaps there is some difference in the way that Jaws and Window Eyes 
interacts with the software which causes problems for Jaws.

My approach right now is to use N3FJP for contest logging, and X M log for 
general logging.  However, since my XP laptop died last Summer, I really 
haven't done much with X M log.
