Tom,

I looked at this tape on the RFC site, and while I couldn't read the PDF 
spec sheet, it seems to be  regular silicone, or self vulcanizing, or 
fusion, or splicing tape.  (Different names under different brands.) 
Seems a bit pricey, unless it is something unique or special.   You can 
get this for about 4 bucks for a 60 foot roll at Lowes, Homo Depo, or 
electrical supply.

What you've got should last you a long time however.   You cut off about 
a foot and stretch it  about 50 percent to activate it, so a 10 foot 
roll should  do 10 connectors.
