Hi All,
 
Walt wrote to tell me how to check my firmware number and, according to my
player, it's version 2.1.3 so I think I'm current so it sounds like I might
just have something incompatible here.  My local library warned me that
sometimes the card readers won't work well and you just need to use a thumb
drive.
