Good evening List:

I seem to be having a difficult time accessing the handiham remote stations
off of the software provided on the website. When I launch the software, I
can go to the setup menu and select the sound type, and I can get to the
login information screen, but that's where the ease of use stops. The
screens presented don't seem to follow the information presented on the
website and I'm not even sure I'm getting the information put in the right
places with Jaws to get the w0eqo station set up properly so I can listen to
it. I'm not getting any audio and it doesn't seem like I'm even accessing
the radio's controls. I'm not worried about transmitting at this point
since I don't have general class priveleges to access most of the bands and
transmit, but I'd sure like to listen! Should I be using the remote base
software provided, or would it be best to go through echo link? Any help to
solve this one would be greatly appreciated! I've got a q&a document here,
but it really doesn't address this issue. Thanks in advance.

Cordially:
