Okay folks, here I go again.

When the BC stations were cleared out below 7200, the whole world went 
down there mainly so that they could talk to the whole world.

While even at 4:00 PM eastern time there are BC stations above 7200, 
there is a ton of un-occupied space up there just waiting for a group 
like this one.

So, cross over the border, and conquer the territory.
