I took my code test for my extra on a typewriter, no prob, and the 
test was read to me and I answered the multiple choices.
Seems the easiest, since if in some other format, (1) braille would 
have to be interpreted, which requires another third party, and(2) if 
some kind of computer with speech access, then it would have to be 
formatted also special.
