Hello, Walter:

For several weeks, I have had a similar problem when attempting to listen to
or download the weekly newsletter on my Braille Plus but all works well on
my regular PC. I have written to Patrick Tice and to APH, distributor of
Braille Plus. APH has the same results, files will neither download or play
on Braille Plus. Meanwhile, Patrick noted that he hasn't gotten any messages
that folks are having a problem. Pamela of APH says it's the format and the
file must be true MP3. Patrick says the format he is using is necessary to
form a link or something of the sort. Pamela said I will have to copy files
from PC, change file format to true MP3 them put them on Braille Plus. As
noted, didn't initially have this problem. Meanwhile I listened to about 5
minutes of Extra Class Lecture 1 on PC just now with no problem

We can talk if you tell me your time zone and when to call. I have unlimited
long distance.
I live in Baltimore. Phone number is (410) 882-7606.
