 pat is going to go for her tech lisence she is in a wheelchair has cp 

should she study from the arrl manual or gordon west i want her to pass the first time. 

we're both going to radio camp. so wish her good luck 

if she passes, could she get on echolink using her own email account using the same laptop as me ? encourage her.
