Scott Davis (N3FJP) provides a basic logging program called A C log, plus
logs for many contests that are very user friendly with Jaws and Windows. I
have heard his software works well with Window Eyes too.

Various types of contest listings can be found at this site, depending on
the time period you are interested in.
