Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of a net for blind amateur radio operators that you can join by echo link?  if so could someone let me know the time and the node. I was listening to a book on book share and it was talking about echo link and nets that meet on there. I thought I heard some thing about a net for blind hams on echo link but when I went back I didn’t see it.  Thanks for your help in advance and thanks for your patients with me 
also, what is  I R L P? is it the internet radio I have heard a little about?
